Just found an amazing, dreamy, inspiring house that I won’t easily forget. It is fresh, it is airy, family-oriented and inviting.
Dream house, for sure!
Since I found the article about this house on The Design Files, my eyes can’t stop looking at this beautiful images. The stylist Justine Brown made the spaces look refined yet simple. Every detail and object looks hand-picked to be in each specific place.
The living room is warm and comfy. The colors are very neutral as well as astute. Yet the contrasts with black and white are timeless and make the room feel polished. The furniture is kid-friendly and the space was made to accommodate a big family. I would love to have kids in a home as big as this one.
I’m possibly drooling over this gorgeous light fixture.
The mid-century style is very prominent on the decoration, and complements the house’s structure.
Every accessory is a piece of art and brings character. Even if it is just a ceramic piece or or a flower. The wood flooring is my favorite part, along with the big windows that allow the sunlight to come in, and brighten up all the rooms. Storage is also perfect and functional.
How beautiful are these photos? The very talented Nikki To took them.
I would be a very happy camper living in this house! If you liked this and want more inspiration, I did a blog post about my dream home here, I absolutely still love it!
See you next time!
